The TradeNet network is intended to facilitate and simplify
the formalities to which are subjugated the companies which
carry out foreign trade operations, as well with the import
as with export.
The TRADENET network users are distributed between partners
and potential customers
The potential customers are:

foreign trade companies (commercial or industrial),
Forwarding and commissioners Customs agents,
Carriers,
Shipping and airport agents.
The service ensured by TTN is intended exclusively for
the Tunisian companies and administrations. However, the
possibility is envisaged to make it possible to the operators
to exchange with their foreign partners of the cargo manifest
via the network.
The TradeNet network will connect, realising suitable applicatives,
the Foreign Trade operators with the various interveners
in the chain of the process of a commercial transaction,

Customs forwarding agents and Firms: |
These two determining users in the field of foreign trade
are concerned with three types of documents namely the title
of foreign trade, customs declaration of the goods and the
technical control document.
What advantages are derived
?
The forwarding and commissioners customs
agents will manage to reduce their charges by an integration
of several procedures, a processing and an instantaneous
follow-up of the files and an anticipation of processing.
They will have an additional capacity to manage a greater
number of customers and a possibility of providing them
a better service. Via the Single Bundle, the relations of
the companies with the administration will gain in transparency.
The TradeNet network will also enable them to reach an Info-centre
base comprising the foreign trade statistics.

Carriers and Stevedores: |
Adhering to the «Single Bundle», the airline
companies, shipping agents and stevedores will process,
with much more ease and flexibility, a necessary key document
to any commercial transaction namely, the manifest.
What advantages will be derived?
For the shipping agents, TradeNet
will enable them to better coordinate with their correspondents
(shipping agents) and to optimize the duration of immobilization
of the means of transport at the time of the stopovers.
They will manage to reduce the costs by optimization of
the time of unloading, with better manifests managing, insofar
as they avoid the double seizure, and will eliminate the
risks of errors.
